Seqwater has scheduled a planned burn near the North Pine Dam Water Treatment Plant (Protheroe Road and Forgan Road, Joyner) on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
The burn is likely to produce a reasonable amount of smoke in the area for the duration of the active lighting and burn progression until blackout containment is completed.
