Seqwater welcomes the appointment of new members to its Board, confirmed by the Queensland Government.

The Seqwater Board provides critical governance and strategic direction to ensure we continue delivering safe, trusted and reliable drinking water for South East Queensland communities.

We welcome new Board Chair and ongoing member John McEvoy and Catherine Mickel, and new members Amanda Cooper, Mark Girard, Amanda Kenafake, Antonia Mercorella and Pauline Thomson. We look forward to working with the new appointees to help shape the future of water for our region.

These appointments bring valuable expertise and diverse experience that will strengthen Seqwater’s leadership as we plan for the future needs of our region.

Seqwater Chief Executive Officer Emma Thomas said the Board’s guidance was essential to helping Seqwater remain focused on delivering vital drinking water for South East Queensland.
