The safety of our staff, contractors and stakeholders is paramount and we ask that all people attending Seqwater sites comply with Seqwater and Queensland Government advice regarding the management of COVID-19 to assist us to limit the spread of this virus.

This includes:

• Advise the Engaging Officer prior to attending site if the below apply. In all cases the Engaging Officer will provide guidance on whether (or when subsequently) site access is to proceed:
  1. You are experiencing acute respiratory symptoms
     • Do not attend site until symptoms settle.
  2. You have tested positive for COVID-19
     • Do not attend site until symptoms settle. Wear a mask if site attendance proceeds within seven days of your positive test.
  3. You are a Close Contact
     • Wear a mask if site attendance proceeds while you are a Close Contact (five days). Do not attend site if you develop acute respiratory symptoms.
  4. You have had more than four hours contact (in any setting) with someone with COVID-19 (or who in the subsequent 48 hours tested positive to COVID-19)
     • Wear mask while on site. Do not attend site if you develop acute respiratory symptoms.
• Immediately alert the Engaging Officer if anything changes during the time you are on site with respect to the above
• Advise the Engaging Officer if in the 48 hours after attending the site you test positive to COVID-19
• Where possible, maintain social distance from others while on site and follow all usual hygiene/health precautions (e.g. washing hands)
