As holidaymakers descend to South East Queensland lakes to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the everyday, visitors are being reminded to put safety first.
 

South East Queenslanders seeking information on the region’s water supply will have the opportunity to have their questions answered at Brisbane’s World Science Festival this week.

While water supply levels across South East Queensland have been decreasing, there has certainly been no shortage of blood within the region’s bulk water supplier, Seqwater.

 

With the spring season approaching, hundreds of green thumbs are set to gather in the Gold Coast hinterland with a goal of planting more than 15,000 native trees in a single day.
