Evelyn - Trainee Operator Supply

Evelyn - Trainee Operator Supply

Throughout my traineeship with Seqwater, I have been taught how to operate several water treatment plants to supply clean and safe drinking water to the community every day. I would like to encourage everyone who is considering applying for a traineeship to do so. It has been such a great opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge. Everyone in the organisation has been extremely supportive to ensure I gain the most knowledge and experience out of my traineeship.

Sam - Trainee Field Ranger - Wivenhoe

Sam - Trainee Field Ranger

I am currently completing a Certificate 3 in Conservation and Land Management with Seqwater at Wivenhoe Dam. So far, this has been a great experience and the best way to develop my skills and knowledge.

I work with very supportive colleagues. They are always happy lend a hand or teach me something new.

My favourite part of the job is responding to bushfires and patrols on the water. My least favourite is having to clean out the fish bin when it's full of redclaw. Still, this is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working outdoors and likes a bit of variety in their job.

I definitely encourage people to apply for a traineeship at Seqwater.
