Lake Moogerah is temporarily closed to all on water activities including boating, paddle craft and water skiing. This is due to the recent significant rainfall in the catchment. 

The lake is reopen for swimming.

The closure is in the interest of public safety while our staff continue to assess the site. 

We will re-open to on water activities as soon as it is safe to do so. Please follow the direction of staff and signage on-site.
