Publication scheme

Our publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from our organisation. It has been developed to give the community greater access to information held by Seqwater.

Information is grouped and accessible through seven classes:

Seqwater services, including advice and guidance, booklets and leaflets, transactions and media releases.

Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts.

Our priorities

(What our priorities are and how we are doing)

Strategy and performance information, plans assessments, inspections and reviews.

Seqwater's Strategic Plan 2021-2025 sets out our strategic direction, purpose and key priorities.

Our decisions

(How we make decisions)

Policy proposals and decisions, decision making processes, internal criteria and procedures, consultations.
 
Following the restructure of Seqwater earlier this year, this section of our publication scheme is currently under review and development. For information on our decision making, please contact us.

Our lists

(Lists and registers)

Information held in registers required by legislation and other lists and registers relating to the functions of Seqwater.

Seqwater does not currently have any lists or registers relevant to be released under Right to Information other than the Disclosure Log. We will regularly review our lists and registers and publish any that are deemed relevant.

Where the information is not available online, you can request the information by contacting us. Relevant contact details are included in the publication scheme.

Requests for printouts or for copies of documents may attract a charge. These currently are:

  • 25 cents per page for photocopying documents
  • $5 for providing documents in electronic format on CD.
